<p>Enjoy a <strong>spectacle filled with light and sound at the Giza pyramids</strong>, one of the ancient wonders of the world. And you can complete your evening with a traditional <strong>Egyptian dinner!</strong></p> <h2>Dinner and Night Show at the Giza Pyramids</h2> <p>Once we've picked you up at your hotel in Cairo, we'll make our way to the <strong>Giza archaeological site</strong>. There we'll enjoy around an hour long light and sound show, projected directly upon some of the most famous monuments in the area.</p> <p>The Great Sphinx and the famous trio of pyramids built in honour of of<strong> Khufu, Khafra and Menkaure</strong> are lit up in vivid colours as we illuminate the history of this <strong>UNESCO World Heritage Site</strong>. The music and visuals combine to create a unique atmosphere which immerses you in the past glories of the <strong>Pharohs of Ancient Egypt</strong>.</p> <p>With the function over, we'll head back to the hotel.</p> <h2>Traditional Egyptian Dinner</h2> <p>if you choose the option with dinner, you'll complete the evening with the tastes of the finest Egyptian cuisine. When the show is over, we'll take you to a local restaurant where you can sample the <strong>different flavours from the Middle East</strong>, with a menu including fish, rice, salads, kebabs, and a range of popular sweet treats.</p> <p>Then after dinner we'll take your back to your hotel.</p>

On this night tour, we'll <strong>explore the Khan el-Khalili market and the most captivating streets in the city</strong>, finishing with dinner in a traditional restaurant.</p> <h2>Itinerary</h2> <p>Having picked you up from your hotel, we'll make our way to the historic centre of Cairo, making a two-hour tour where we'll take in some of the most spectacular locations in Cairo. Such as the famous <strong>Al-Muizz street</strong> - known for its number of medieval architectural jewels. Or the <strong>Khan el-Khalili Grand Bazaar</strong>, Africa's largest market.</p> <p>At the midpoint of the tour, we'll head to the historic <strong>Café El Fishawi</strong> (with more than 200 years of history, it's known as the café of spies), to enjoy tea and shisha (the traditional hookah pipe popular in Egypt).</p> <p>Then<strong> the tour finishes in a traditional restaurant</strong>, where you can try typical Egyptian gastronomy. <p>On this tour we'll <strong>explore the historic centre of Cairo, touring its must-see locations</strong>: the Cairo Citadel, the Mohamed Ali Mosque, the Khan el-Khalili market, and the Egyptian Museum, where the <strong>tomb of Tutankhamun</strong> can be found.</p> <h2>Complete Cairo Tour with Tickets</h2> <p>Having picked you up from your hotel in <strong>Cairo</strong> between 7:30 am and 7:45 am, we'll make our way to <strong>the historic centre of the largest city in Africa</strong>.</p> <p>Our first stop will be the <strong>Cairo Citadel, an enormous medieval fortress</strong> which has become the best known non-ancient monument in the city. Inside we'll take a look at the beautifully decorated <strong>Mohamed Ali</strong> mosque, known as the alabaster mosque for the soft white stone from which it is built.</p> <p>Leaving the fortress behind, we'll make our way to the Khan el-Khalili market, <strong>the most famous in Cairo, </strong>and whose labyrinthine streets are like a real open air museum. Khan el-Khalili is <strong>the perfect place to buy souvenirs and reproductions of objects from ancient Egypt</strong>.</p> <p>We'll <strong>stop to eat after visiting the market,</strong> with a menu including various salads and a main course accompanied by rice and vegetables. And for dessert, a refreshing fruit salad.</p> <p>In the evening we'll dedicate three hours to the <strong>Egyptian Museum</strong>, the most important museum not just in the country, but perhaps in the world. Here you can find the <strong>masterworks of the ancient period</strong>, and the star attraction the legendary<strong> treasures of Tutankhamun</strong>.</p> <p>We'll pass through <strong>Coptic Cairo, one of the most unique neighbourhoods in the city</strong>, visiting <strong>Al-Muallaqa, better known as the hanging church, </strong>constructed as it was upon the ruins of the tower of Babylon. Then nearby we'll see the <strong>Ben Ezra Synagogue</strong>, found where it was thought the baby Moses was found thousands of years ago. Then to finish, we'll head to the church of <strong>Saints Sergius and Bacchus </strong>also known as the cave church, where the holy family were hidden after fleeing to Egypt.</p> <p>This unforgettable sightseeing experience will end back at your hotel at around 4 pm, having discovered the <strong>most important places of interest in Cairo</strong>.</p>
